Dish:

5 Course Diwali Dinner in 45 minutes
Appetiser: Fruity Pani Puri
Preparation Time: 10 minutes
Cooking Time: 10 minutes

Active ingredients:
400ml guava juice
400ml pomegranate juice
Golgappe
1/2 cup boondi
1/2 cup pomegranate seeds
Sliced coriander leaves
1 tsp chat masala
1/2 tsp black salt
1 tsp red chili flakes
Sliced mint leaves

Approach:
Include the spices to fruit juices to make the fruity pani. Fill the puris with pomegranate
seeds and coriander delegates serve.

Beginner: Sweet Corn Chaat
Preparation Time: 15 minutes

Active ingredients:
Wafer canapes
Sweet Corn
Sliced onion
Tomatoes
green chilies
coriander
pomegranate seeds
mint leaves
lemon
Mix together all the components for the salsa. Serve in wafer canapes.

Main Dish: Paneer Makhanwala
Preparation Time: 15 minutes
Cooking Time: 10 minutes

Active ingredients:
300g Paneer
2 chopped onions
2 chopped tomatoes
1/2 cup cashew nut
50g butter
1/2 cup tomato puree
1 tablespoon kasuri methi
2 bay leaf
2 tsp Kashmiri chili powder
2 tablespoon cream

Approach:
Heat oil in a pan. Include the chopped onions and sauté till pink. Include the powdered spices, chopped tomatoes, cashew nuts and sauté till tomatoes are mushy. Cool and grind to a smooth paste. 2 bay leaf
1 tsp black peppercorns
1 tsp caraway seeds
2 cups rice
2 tablespoon ghee
Salt to taste

Approach:
Wash the rice and soak for 10 minutes. Heat the ghee, include caraway seeds, peppercorns, bay
Leaves and saute for a minute. Include the dry fruits and saute for another minute. Include the
drained pipes rice and saute for a minute. Include 4 cups water, salt to prepare and taste till rice is done. Put drenched saffron over the rice and cover and reserved. Serve garnished with pomegranate seeds.
Dessert: Kesar Pista Phirni
Preparation Time: 10 minutes
Cooking Time: 15 minutes
Active ingredients:
Rice
1 L Milk
1/4 tsp Saffron
1 cup whipped cream
1/2 cup sugar
1/2 cup pistachio
clay bowls to serve
Approach:
Soak rice for 10 minutes. Grind to a smooth paste. Give boil 3/4 of the milk. Liquify the rice paste in the staying milk and contribute to the boiling milk, stirring continuously. Prepare till the rice is prepared and the phirni thickens. Include the drenched saffron to the milk, sugarcoat and cook till thick. Get rid of from heat, serve in clay bowls. Grind the pistachios with some cream and sugar. Fold in the whipped cream. When cooled, Pipe out the pistachio cream over the phirni.
